A LONG time ago, when I was juuuust getting into anime and watching Cowboy Bebop, I downloaded the "unreleased" 27th episode for it. You might remember I really liked the last song that played. I was never really able to find out for sure who did it (I think we were pretty sure it was Shakka Zombie?). But I decided I'd just go and rip the audio from it. So I did. Then, I uploaded that to YouSendIt (here) which seems like a pretty nice site. Long story short, if anybody knows who this is... I'd much appreciate it :P I like the song, but thats just a really low quality copy :(

Other news... I got into the Tabula Rasa beta finally on the 18th. So far, it's really awesome. I like it a lot. For some reason the beta has "playsession" times, so you can only play certain times of some days. I think they put that in to keep the vast majority of people from getting too high leveled and basically getting to play the whole game for free while looking for bugs. I can't really think of any other reason why to do it... Only problem I have right now is that a gig of memory works, just when I finish playing Windows complains that it had to use virtual memory. Which puts me in a conundrum. Do I buy more memory now, or hold onto my money for a bit longer, then buy a new motherboard, cpu, and memory all at once? Those parts in my computer are starting to get a little bit old, I've had them for close to two years now...

A couple weeks ago Penny Arcade mentioned something about the game Overlord, which wasn't released at the time. Tycho linked a demo which I later decided to try out (before TR beta I was very bored). So, I did, and I liked it. It came out just a couple days ago, and I thought I'd see if I liked the full version too. :P I do. I'm thinking about mebbie going out and buying it...

So I finished watching Kimi wa Petto yesterday night. It was really good. I liked the characters, except for that one that kept trying to steal Hasumi from Sumire. Man she was a bitch. And then in the last couple episodes I was starting to be like, oh maybe she's not a huge bitch afterall, and then at the end I decided she is. Mmm.... I really liked the show. I dunno what else to say. Oh. That therapist guy, man. Those writers are brilliant, because even if none of the stuff he says is true, I believe it anyway. It all just makes logical sense to me. And the whole waitress thing was surprising and worked out really well too. Hm. Thanks for the link to the OST, it's really good :P

Thanks go out to everybody who was at Pat's today, 'cause even after my day was starting bad and I was in a horrible mood and was ready to take it out on anybody they still managed to cheer me up and by the end of the day I wouldn't say it was really that bad of a day afterall.

My phone is starting to annoy me. I've had problems since day two with dust under the screen (literally), but now the battery is starting to go as well. Running around briefly on the internet, I came across a wikipedia entry on how to keep Li-Ion batteries charged in order to keep maximum battery density over time. You're supposed to keep them cold (as with all batteries I suppose), never deep cycle (oops...), and try to keep them around 40% charge. Luckily, I suppose, the battery just has to last me a couple more months before I can upgrade the phone through the contract agreement thing with Cingular. But yeah even after charging for 12 hours it never goes to full charge anymore, and usually it goes down to one battery bar (out of 3) after just a couple hours off the charger. I'm not sure if my phone is misreading the voltages on it though, because even with "low battery" I can still talk on it for a while.

A coworker says he can get me a 30GB ipod video for $100, which is dirt cheap (new ones retail on amazon for $235). I'm tempted to get it. But at the same time I don't really need it, and even though the UI for ipods is really pretty good, they don't have good track records. I know a number of people who's ipods have failed on them numerous times, about the same number of people I know whos playstation 2's have had to be repurchased because the first broke. I'm not really confident in the quality of craftsmanship in either products. At the very least, though, I could probably resell it on ebay... I suppose I'll have to think about that for a bit.
