The days have been passing faster than I would like, almost. I wake up, go to school, then usually come home for a quick meal before going off to work. When I finally get home again it's usually almost 11 and I don't have much time to do anything. I do a little homework sometimes and then play games until I get tired and go to sleep. The weird thing is how the day goes by so slowly while it's actually daytime, but when all of a sudden it's night time, I wonder where the day went.

I bought Guitar Hero 3 for my Wii. I'm pretty bad at it, but it's still fun. I've been playing Hellgate London on PC, which has been entertaining. Wish some quirks weren't there, and that the engine was a little better optimized but oh well. Fun either way, even if I have to drop the settings sometimes.

KAA released what was left of Noein so I snatched that and watched a few. Good stuff. Need to get around to watching the rest. I finished watching Golden Boy. Weird show. Interesting though. The ending screams sequel but it seems old and there isn't one yet, so I guess not. Hmm. Jenny & I are watching Clannad together, now. Only I think 6 episodes released. For some reason though they're going through it again already with higher resolutions, but the same filesizes, so something has to give here. Not sure if they're compressing it differently so it's still roughly the same quality or anything. I haven't tried comparing a few scenes to see if the quality is noticable yet.

Thanksgiving is around the corner now. Kind of excited for it. Kind of nervous though, because I've got a speech to present the Monday after it. We'll see.

I've been seeing Mary more often at work recently. She and Allison seem to work together a lot, it's weird. I forgot how by the book she was, and now they have become almost best friends I think. She might be Allison's only friend at work. Hard to say. I remain indifferent towards most people, but I will say there are some rules that I don't agree with at work that she is pretty strict on enforcing.

I've been toying with the idea of applying out for other jobs for a while now. Not sure where to apply, or if I should. My one year review is apparently coming up on December 9th, which means a raise on the paycheck after that one. If it's not good I think I should get out. I already am positive that I'm actually making less than the lot guys, which is just sad IMO. I'm curious about something though, I overheard one of the managers say something to someone who works at a different THD that at this one, they typically do not give the next time based raise to the employee after they are promoted. So, if they promote me shortly before my review, they give me one raise instead of two. And then I'd get my next time based raise at the two year mark. I'm wondering if they're literally planning this out to save themselves the most money. Assholes. On the other hand, they might just not be interested in giving me the job in the first place. I do know that at least one other person applied for it, and she is way more available than I am and they haven't given it to her yet. Part of me thinks it's because they don't like her, but they might just not be interested in promoting anyone right now. I'll find out eventually, I guess.

Wow that was a long paragraph about work.

Hmmm. Guess I should have called it a night an hour ago, so I'll call it one now.
