I was supposed to get my wisdom tooth pulled on the lower right of my mouth, but the dentist office called and said the doctor had an emergency or something and couldn't be there... I rescheduled for next Wednesday.
Instead, I went to class. Today was History 101 and Communications 103, Western Civilization and Speech Fundamentals, respectively. A total of $200.74 in books for just those two, and my COM103 book isn't even bound for some reason. Really lame! Before today I was thinking I should have tried to find a fifth class to take just to keep busy, but after just these two classes I have a feeling that if I actually do all the reading I'm supposed to be doing I'm going to be busy enough without more. I'm curious how tomorrow is going to go for my first two sessions of PSY105 "Child Psychology" and PHI125 "Ethics". A total of 12 hours of classes, all needed for my associates that I'm going to finish this year.
Still no mention from the upper decks as to when my promotion is coming. I know all of the head cashiers have put in a good word for me, and that at least two of the ASMs are interested, or something, but nothing positive yet. I hope at this point it's only a matter of a weeks rather than months. I wonder when the application I put in for the job expires, I don't remember the date I put it in.
I'm kinda curious what happened to the subbing group KAA, as they haven't released anything for more than two months now. I was hoping to see the end of Noein soon, since the DVD for episodes 16-20 came out roughly two or three weeks ago now. I've picked up on another great show, Claymore, that my old guild leader on WoW showed me. Still on TV in Japan, but Eclipse has been doing a very nice job and they're pretty damn fast too. The DVD releases are insane quality, which is nice. I've started watching an older show, too, called Witch Hunter Robin. The first 12 or so episodes are alright, interesting at best but nothing special. Shortly thereafter, though, an interesting plot kicks in. I wish they had started with that instead and just made it a 13 episode show, but oh well. I like the music, might have to find the soundtrack eventually. I finished watching Sentou Yousei Yukikaze shortly after I downloaded it. It's pretty good. Well drawn, complex characters and a good plot. I liked it. Confusing as hell though.
I beat Hitman: Blood Money a while ago. I really liked the game a lot. I went out and bought the trilogy pack, which as I understand it doesn't include the first of the series of apparently 4. I haven't played any of the other ones in the pack yet, though.
