Yeah well. My video card sucks. I got the game, installed it, and apparently it doesnt care if the CD is in or not. Butttt it doesn't matter because the first thing it says as I load the game up is: Your video card does not support Pixel Shader 1.1 . I spent a lot less time getting this than the Sims 2, but man. I thought I'd have a new game for a long time... Stupid game. I think I'll keep it on my computer though, theres a chance I'll get a video card that doesn't suck for christmas. I mean, I got this one for christmas last year, prices have dropped, maybe I'll get a GeForce 5 Ti or something. I WANT A Ti! *sob* Oh well. It seems nothing's going my way. I went to Best Buy today, because they advertised a 160 gb hd for 30$ after rebates, and I had to go. Thats an offer nobody can refuse. I get there and it's aleady sold out. Stupid Best Buy. Whatever.
I guess one thing is going my way though. I've recieved no news that the LAN party is not going to be held, which is a good thing. And, Ryu's keeping up with the constant stream of Naruto coming my way. It's really starting to pick up, I just wish somebody would fricking die. They say that Sasuke-kun is dead, but I doubt it because he's like, the second main character, and he's still in the opening movie beating up some gang or another that they haven't done yet. So obviously he isn't dead. And Naruto still isn't kicking major ass yet. Most of it has been plotline, which is cool. It has a nice plotline. I just wish they'd get through the battles faster. They usually take some 4 or so episodes to finish. This last one that I'm at has already been going for four and it only might end on the fifth. There are only a few things I don't like about the Naruto series: 1) they spend three minutes of every episode at the beginning reminding everybody what happened last week. They could easily do that in one during the opening movie instead. 2) Nobody EVER dies. Ever. 3) Naruto still hasn't started to kick royal ass, even though he's got some Demon Fox stuff or something in him. He's getting there though... This is at episode 17.
And I think I'm done with this. I actually celebrated Thanksgiving today, and it was nice. Too much food though. Always too much food. Just had some pumpkin pie. So good... But so full... >.> Only 29 days to Christmas, oh boy ^_^
