.: Halo 2 :.
Off of Halo 2, I did update my Xanga the other day, as a reminder for those of you who read this and haven't read my new post. I think it's pushing the story somewhere, much faster than before at least. Ryu kept bitching that my story sucked 'cause nothing happened, so I made at least some stuff happen. Also, if you still think so, keep in mind that this is only page three. As in, if I was to print this out on normal paper, it would be three pages. Maybe 4 or 5 on book sized paper. When was the last time you read a book that had some huge ass thing happen at the first page? Most books start with a sort of "exposition" where the characters are explained, and then they go into the plot. Which is where mine is going right now. I sort of explained that it's present day, and that we have only one main character, with the possibility that this new one becomes a major one. Also, I established that the story is going to a futuristic era, or something like that because of the laser weapon thingy. Right. You should have been able to put that together on your own, I mostly just said the simple, obvious stuff.
I just finished beating Jedi Knight Jedi Academy for both the light side and the dark. There's different endings, but neither of which are truely impressive. The light side is just like, stuff stopped, all is cool. The dark side ending is all like, "Oh no, Jaden escaped!" and then you're on a star destroyer flying away smiling. Not even an evil laugh. So upsetting. I'm thinking about rebeating the game with skills that I like or think will be better than the ones I chose. I don't like Mind Trick at all, it's not really worthwhile, because it only works on the peons of a level, and costs too much force points for what it's worth. I don't like Drain either, because it costs a shitload of force points and you get like, 25 health out of it. And it leaves you defenseless. Bad stuff. Dum de dum... Ok I'm off to eat some food. I might not bother updating every day now... It's kinda become a chore. But I so want to see my profile say that I post an average of 7 times a week. Even though I missed a huge period at the beginning because I didn't think I'd end up actually telling anybody I had a blog. I know what it's like though kinda. I know when I come home, one of my first thoughts is, "Wonder if Rae posted a new blog/LJ entry..." and then I go and check. And then I check my email to see if anybody posted a comment to my blog. And then I go read my webcomic links. Anyway, I'm off. ^_^
